University Form fill up for BA/BSc/ BCom. Hons and General (Part-II) students

NOTICE -1

The Candidates of  BA/BSc/ BCom. Hons and General (Part-II) students are asked to pay their Examination fees  by online mode clicking the link https://hmcp2.feepay.co.in within 10 AM. of 02.08.2019. The payment procedure will commence on 29.07.2019 at 10 AM. after payment of the above mentioned fees the Students are asked to come in the college office for filling up of university form as per notice -2.

The BSc Hons. and General (pure science and bio-Science ) students are also asked to pay their practical examination fees in the college office.

ON LINE PAYMENT PROCEDURE(URL- https://hmcp2.feepay.co.in)

Steps for Students:

  1. Open the above URL in browser (Google Chrome / Firefox)
  2. Enter your University Registration Number & Mobile Number & click on Send OTP button.
  3. An OTP will be sent to Student Mobile number provided.
  4. Enter the OTP in the input box that appears there & Click on ‘Proceed to Payment’ button
  5. Once the OTP verification is successful, the system will show the Fees to be paid.
  6. Tick the check box to generate the total amount.
  7. Then click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
  8. A pop-up will come asking the student to select payment mode (Credit Card / NetBanking/ UPI etc,.)
  9. The Student shall select his/her desired mode of payment from the drop-down list & click ‘Go’
  10. The student will be taken to the Payment Gateway page where he can complete the payment.
  11. Once the payment is received, the system will automatically redirect back to the Portal from where the student can take a print-out of the receipt or save it as PDF for printing later.
  12. Finish

Note: In case of payment failure, the student can retry the payment by clicking the ‘Retry Payment’ button. If the payment has failed but amount has been deducted, the student needs to wait for 24 hours before re-trying.

NOTICE 2

It is notified for information that the dates of filling up of examination forms (after making the payment of fees by online mode) of B.A./B.SC./B.Com Honours and General Part-II, Examination 2019  have been made as under.

Documents Requred:

·         Payment Receipt(soft copy/hard copy)

·         College Identity Card

·         Stamp Size Photo-1 copy

 

 

B.Sc Honours and General Students are directed to deposit the practical examination fees on 31/7/2019 in the college office.

   

 

Important: Candidates are required to put their signature and mobile number on their Examination Forms. Students who will not receive the message from the University after filling up of the examination form are directed to intimate the office within 2nd August , 2019.
